Head of Digital Banking

You will relentlessly seek out reimagined opportunities to accelerate growth and create new value for our customers in our digital channels. As a digital thinker and catalyst for change, you will successfully create the conditions that integrate innovative digital properties with our physical channels.

You will report into our Chief Customer Officer, Curtis Stange (learn more about Curtis, his career story and his passions here and here) and will work closely with our Chief Transformation Officer, Head of Customer Experience, Head of Digital and Head of Innovation.

Head of Digital (Development & Technology)

You have big ideas and they involve digital technology. And, you can see what others don't - unconventional ways to make digital ideas a reality. By employing leading technology platforms and cutting edge development methodologies, you lead a team that is bringing digital banking experiences to real people. You are also a thought leader in this space and you are always a step ahead because you eat, sleep and breath digital transformation.

We’re looking to make the shift to put digital first, and create more (and better) digital properties and experiences. We are going to change the way customers see and experience us and you are going to move the organization through this change to elevate our presence in the marketplace. What this will look like and how it will be executed is currently a blank slate ready to be created…

As the Head of Digital, you will understand the impacts of this change from the perspective of our customers and internal team members and come with experience overcoming internal and external resistance. You will be able to look at the bigger picture to foresee reputational risk and work with internal partners, programs and technologies to translate your vision to reality.

You will report into our Chief Transformation Officer, Wellington Holbrook (learn more about Wellington, his career story and his passions here and here) and will work with leaders across the organization, but most closely with our Chief Customer Officer, Chief Information Officer, Head of Digital Banking, Head of Data, Head of Customer Experience and Head of Innovation.

Head of Innovation

Some people call you a futurist. That's because you are the kind of person that is always hypothesizing about what's possible and you just don't accept that things are good enough. You aren't on the cutting edge - you are the edge. And you don't just dream big, you know how to make it happen. And when things get in your way, you find a way through or an alternative route to make big ideas about the future come true now. You are convinced that you can change the world.

As the Head of Innovation you will be tasked with leading a team of likeminded individuals that are keen to re-invent and re-imagine the future of the financial industry. And you have a chip on your shoulder because you are not satisfied with the academic exercise of innovation - you are "the one" that is going to make the future come true now. Yes, that does mean you are going to do it. Start rolling up your sleeves...

Head of Data

Big Data? Who uses that word? Well, you probably don't because you appreciate that there is a whole lot that goes into those two simple words. From data governance to data management, from technology to analytics, you see how it all fits together and fits into a world where data science is a way of being. A world where cognitive computing and the human mind come together to create incredible insights and out of this world possibilities.

As the Head of Data, you will be the ultimate authority on all things data for the entire organization. You have patience for building from the foundation, things like data governance, but have a mind built for data science, and you get how it all goes together to help inform the business. Using your experience and big ideas, you will be creating and executing on data strategies that will create new insights, deliver amazing customer experiences and in some cases, predict the future.
