Past Key Results

Client: India’s biggest online fashion portal

Objective: Reactivate past acquired user base and drive them to shop on the portal

Campaign:

ZipDial acquired a user base of 1lac+ and fed into CRM

Post DND , an SMS with option to refer friends & gain points was pushed to the userbase

A user could refer multiple people to register and gain points on each referral

User could then exchange these points for coupons which could be redeemed while shopping online on the portal

ZipDial ensured if a referred user is already registered with the client, points are not given

Campaign Run time: 18 days

Results:

Around 1800+ new users were referred

On an average ~5 new users were referred by an existing user

~83% of referred users registered on the portal

Cost of acquisition per user = ~5 times less than usual
