What will make AIESEC’s impact even wider?- A key part of the answer to this question is ensuring the

organization has strong leadership, leadership that is globally minded and locally impactful, as well as knows how to powerfully combine driving a vision with driving results.

- Tap into new edges of discovering what will make AIESEC an even more impactful learning organization [mix of physical and online experiences, creative knowledge delivery and sharing and connection to external learning methodologies are essential to remaining successful.]

- With the aim of addressing some of the issues its described above and modelling a programme  that can eventually extend and adapt to the larger organization.

I & WORD

I & ME I & OTHERSThe way I see

myself, self aware about strengths and weaknesses, know what my leadership style is and how use it.

How I’m fitting to environment around me, what kind of impact I bring to society and how my action steps create change around.

I, as leader, working with people. This

layer gives my perspective on how

to interact with people around me in more effective way,

Every leader engages in 3 crucial relationships
