METHOD

• Pour water into the bottle. (1 third of the bottle.

• Pour cooking oil into the bottle. Let the water and oil separate.

• Add food colouring to the bottle.

• Add a Fizzing tablet to the bottle.

CONCLUSION Oil is lighter than water. Oil and

water do not mix. The fizzing tablet sank to the bottom and started dissolving creating gas. As the bubbles rose they took some coloured water with them. When the blobs of water reached the top the gas escaped and down went the water.
