Economic Downturn Creates Smarter Way to do Business

(Fort Worth, TX Oct. 26, 2009) Times are tough. People in all walks of life are feeling the pinch of economic stress. Many businesses were not prepared for the downturn and have made prudent budget cuts, but are they doing what is best for their businesses in the long run?

Often, one of the first areas cut is marketing. There are unique opportunities to companies during a recession. Marketing dollars spent during a down economy are far more powerful than similar dollars spent during good times. Research shows that during slowdowns companies that continue to market experience revenue growth of 250% during the first full year of the recovery.
