I know it may feel a bit uncomfortable but you have to realize that at this point, it is just dating and it should be fun and light hearted. At this stage,you are just saying to someone.

not have the money to pay the phone bill on time. If a phone does not work one day .... it could work next day.

EMAIL THE MEMBERS:

We encourage our members to contact a member in a variety of different ways and email is one of them.

Some of the members own their own PCs and will be able to check their email frequently.

However, most members do not own their own PCs and will have to go to a little internet cafe to check their email. They may check their email onan irregular basis. It varies from member to member.

This is why you should never rely ONLY on sending emails.

In some cases, junk mail and spam can make email a less effective way of saying hi.

As we have said, it is always a good idea to call, email, and send a letter, too.

Please remember to not call the member after 10:00PM their time. For example, most of the cities in Brazil are 2 and 3 hours ahead of Miami ESTtime. For example, if it is 8:00PM in Miami, it could be 10:00 or 11:00PM in Brazil ... depending on what city they are in. Know what time it is in their

Also, they may have a cellular phone. They can be less reliable. Some days the phones work, then the next day they do not ... then they work again.

Please be polite and respectful when calling or writing.

Mailing a letter:

Put the addresses on your envelope exactly as you get them from us. Do not refer to the way the members name appears in the location bar on

the Internet site.

Sometimes we abbreviate their name on the net. Use the full addresses you get from us in your email.

For the USA, if you use one sheet of paper and a photo the postage is 80 cents.



Also, write AIR MAIL in red on the outside of the envelope. Do not put any money in the envelope. We suggest that you include a good photo ofyourself.

It takes about 2 weeks or so ... each way .... for a letter. So be patient.

You may want to include your phone number and request that they call you collect. If they call you collect - you can call them back.

Do not send your letter via Express Mail, Federal Express, DHL. Express mail companies require a signature and if the member is not there

personally, they will not come back again and will send your package back to you. In some cases Express Companies will not even go to their

home to deliver if their home is even a little out of the way.

Remember, this is Latin American efficiency and not United States efficiency.

Sending them something:

Do not send flowers. These services are less reliable in other countries. Do not send money.

The members in the service are nice, attractive, and sweet and loyal, but the trade off is that it is not immediate gratification.

Love is a process. In the long run, you will do better than with local people. We ask you on the site to take a longer-term view. The rewards in the

end can be great. Remember to save your addresses. Print them out in the event your computer crashes.

How does this work? - You have to have 3-way calling on your phone. If it is not part of your monthly service. Just call your phone company. You

should be able to get it on a per call basis for a small fee of 75 cents. Just call your phone company and ask them. Usually, you have to dial star77 then the number...... it is not hard. Just ask your operator how to do it. In the USA you can call Brazil for 23 cents a minute. Dial 1010834 - then

the number (Cheap).

We sell translation time in 10 minute blocks (@ $1.50 per minute). One 10 minute block of translation is $15.00. You can order one 10 minute

block for $15.00. Two 10 minutes blocks for $30.00. Three 10-minute block for $45.00 and so on.

We accept payment for translation online with a credit card, check, money order, cash or Western Union. (For Western Union there is a $45.00minimum. Call us or e-mail us. We will give you the info on how do a Western Union payment).

You can ORDER member's address by credit card using the Order Form on the LatinEuro.com website. Fill out the form and in the Comments

Box at the bottom tell us --------- the amount of translation time you want.

Once we receive your payment, we will give you the phone number of our translator here in Miami. You call them and work out the details of

making your call to Brazil. If you use 1010834 then the 011-55 -(city code) - ( local number), the fee is only 23 cents per minute. Cheap!

With a translator, you can have a 3-way conversation. She can hear your voice and get the feel and tone of your personality. Our translator can thenput it into Portuguese so she can understand it. And vice a versa.

If you make a call with our translator but the member is not home or the line is busy, then there will be default of 2 minutes of your block of time. It

is only $3.00. But is is a necessary charge because you are using the time of our translator.

Over all, we think this is a great service at a cheap price. AT&T has a similar service for $5.00 per minute.
