Palamatic provided a solution at the
Black Sheep Brewery for handling full
casks. Horizontal casks are turned
upright and then palletised.

Palamatic helped to provide a solution to
this manual handling problem in a tanker
loading/unloading area by providing Hoists
to lift the 50kg hoses to the tankers.
This Palamatic Manipulator was specially
developed to load reels onto a Kister
machine. This reel is lifted and rotated 90°
along with push and retract reel feature to
prevent any operator interface. Shown
above is a picture of the confined space into
which some reels are positioned
Left: A specially designed clamp easily and
securely grips a variety of keg sizes. Easy to
operate with user friendly controls, taking
the effort out of manual handling
Right: This handling device was developed to
handle reels from horizontal and place
vertically onto a Hi-Cone machine. Also had
facility to rotate 360° in horizontal plane for
left and right handed Hi-Cone machines.
