Portland, Oregon: November 1, 2013 - Larry James Jackson Sr. Age 65 was sentenced to 12 months in Federal Prison for multiple violations of the conditions of US probation. Mr. Jackson was originally convicted of Mail Fraud and Aiding and Abetting Mail Fraud in 2006 and sentenced to a prison term of 70 months and ordered to pay full restitution to his victims in the amount of $235,147 dollars. Jackson was also sentenced to 36 months of US Probation supervision. Judge Anna Brown found Jackson in multiple violations of the terms of his supervision for failing to disclose hidden bank accounts, disposing of assets without authorization, and failure to pay restitution to his victims. Jackson was also found to have registered multiple shell companies while on US probation including Transitional Enrichment Centers (TEC).TRANSCRIPT
