Adding your payment information to your profileLog in to your LanguageWire profile at https://agito�languagewire�com/, then click Profile > Your Name and select the Payment Information tab� Which information to add depends on whether you live inside or outside the SEPA region� When you choose Country, the page will automatically show you which information to add for that specific country�

Countries inside the SEPA region

Please start by choosing the country of your bank account and then fill in your bank information such as:

• Account/IBAN• BIC/SWIFT• Bank name• Bank address• Account holder• VAT number

EXCEPTIONS:

Denmark: Enter your registration number and account number�

Norway: Enter your 11-digit account number�

Sweden: Enter your clearing number and account number� You cannot enter a bank giro or a post giro number� However, you can ask your bank for the bank account number that supports the giro number�

Countries outside the SEPA region

For payments outside the SEPA region, LanguageWire cooperates with Payoneer, which is our American partner for secure and low-cost payments� Payoneer offers bank transfer or a prepaid Mastercard as payment methods�

LanguageWire cannot make payments outside the SEPA region using other payment methods�

If you have any questions related to your Payoneer Account, please contact Payoneer’s Support Center�

Setting up a Payoneer AccountIf you live in a SEPA country, you should not set up a Payoneer Account. Please skip this section and go to the Payment procedure section.

1 Once you have selected your country, you can click on Set up Payoneer Account� By signing up to your Payoneer Account through the LanguageWire profile, your Payoneer Account will automatically be linked with your LanguageWire profile and everything will be set up for future payments�

2 If you already have a Payoneer Account, click on Already have a Payoneer Account? Sign in. If you do not have a Payoneer Account, you complete the profile by choosing whether you want to receive payment via a prepaid Mastercard or a bank transfer� You can read about fees when you start the registration� Once you have made your choice, click on Sign up�

IMPORTANT!

If you have a bank account within the SEPA region, we can transfer the money to this account, even if you live outside the SEPA region� Simply choose the country in which you have the bank account and add your bank information as described in the section above�

3 Once you have set up the account, your Payoneer account status will change to Pending, which means that Payoneer is handling your application� Once they have approved your account, the status will change to Approved� If your Payoneer Account is not approved, the status will change to Validation failed.

Payment procedure

Invoicing

When you work for LanguageWire, you don’t have to invoice us� You receive payments automatically, as we transfer them to the bank account indicated in your profile�

You will receive a settlement voucher showing your payment for jobs completed between the 16th of the previous month and the 15th of the current month� For example, a job that is completed on the 15th of June will be paid for on the first bank day of July� A job that is completed on the 16th of June will be paid for on the first bank day of August� Vouchers are usually prepared around the 20th of each month, and you will receive your voucher by email�

Upon receipt of the voucher, you can draw up your own invoices for personal bookkeeping purposes� However, you don’t need to send us an invoice since the voucher is valid from a legal standpoint�

You can also find your vouchers on your profile on the Payment Information tab, where you also have a complete overview of all your job confirmations and jobs to be paid�

Minimum payment

The Minimum payment field refers to the possibility of postponing the payment until the voucher exceeds a certain amount� This amount refers to how much you would like to earn before we send the payment� You may wish to change this minimum payment, as bank transfer costs tend to be the same regardless of the amount transferred�

If you don’t edit this minimum amount, it is automatically set at 0 EUR for countries inside the SEPA region and 10 EUR for countries outside the SEPA region�

Adding VAT to your payment

We send all payments from our headquarters in Denmark� If you live in Denmark, we add VAT to your payment� If you live in another country, we don’t add VAT to your payment�

If you receive payment from us via Payoneer, the money is legally considered to be sent from Denmark�
