Dear Sir/Madam,

The meeting of the UT Level Library Advisory cum Purchase Committee ( SLLACPC) to select/purchase books under "* Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation Matching Grant Scheme", books

not covered under RRRLF and books from Local authors for the year 2020-21 is scheduled to be held on 5 &6 of March 2021 at 11.00 A.M to be chaired by the Director Libraries & Research, J&K pursuant to Govt. order No: 13 JK(Cul) of 2021 dated: 24.02.2021. The venue of the meeting shall be the chamber of Director Libraries & Research, J&K, Kachi Chawni, Jammu.

As Member of the said Committee, you are requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting

on the scheduled date and time.

In terms of Government order No: 71 -Cul of 2016 dated: 24.10.2016, the Non-Government officials of the Committee shall be paid sitting fee of Rs. 1000/-meeting besides the normal TA/DA.

Deputy Director Libraries Jammu and Kashmir shall be co-opted members of the Committee. (Copy of Agenda will follow shortly).
