The Riverside Middle School girls hosted Sabetha Oct. 29. The 8th gradelost 8-17. Scoring for Riverside was Taylor Weishaar -10, Halle Studer- 4,Davina Benitz- 4, Abby O’Grady- 2. The B team struggled to score and lost 0-38.
In the 7th grade gym the Lady Cyclones A team lost 6-24. Scoring for themwas Sophie Juhl-2, Callie Bennett- 2 and Kaylynn Roberts- 2. The 7th grade Bteam won 20-8. Scoring for them Faith Orcutt, Sophie Juhl, ChloeWattenbarger, Kelbie Brendle, and Trinleigh Smith all chipped in 2. WhileKaylynn Roberts led the way with a game high 10 points.
On Thursday November 1st the RMS girls basketball team hosted Perry-Lecompton. The 8th grade A team won 27-13. Scoring 2 were Abby O’Grady,Tori Ralston, and Caidence Brune, Taylor Weishaar-5, Davina Benitz-6, HalleStuder- 10. The B team lost 4-22. Abby O’Grady scored all 4 points.
The 7th A team lost 9-25. Scoring for them Callie Bennett- 1, K’Bree Alvarezand Molly Miller- 2, Kaylynn Roberts-4. The B team also lost 19-27. SophieJuhl and Chloe Wattenbarger both scored 4, Kaylynn Roberts-5 and FaithOrcutt- 6.
