Step 1 : Verification of extent in each Base Survey number/ Subdivision number to identify excess and short extents in webland data: • Tahsildar concerned should verify the extent of each survey

number/Subdivision number entered in the webland software with

respect to RSR.

• The total extent of all subdivision numbers in Adangal should tally

with the total extent of base survey number mentioned in RSR

records.

• If any discrepancies noticed in the extent details Tahsildar has to

take necessary action to rectify the same.

Step 4: Assigning unique codes to Notional Khatas • Circular Instructions were issued in reference

No.PDCMRO3/345/2011, dated 10.4.2012 to follow uniform

Notional Khata numbers throughout the state.

Private Pattadars:

• Unique Khata numbers starting from 1,00,001 to 2,00,000 shall

be assigned.

• After mutations, regular khata number will be assigned and it

should replace the Notional khata number.
