Get Started with Your Custom Labels Call us and we will take care of the details. Once your label order is placed, just send us your logo in a vector format if possible and the Pantone colors or a color sample we can match to. If you are already using a label, mail it to us and we can recreate it. Below is an example of file formats that we recommend when sending your logo. The design company who created your logo should be able to supply a vector format as well as Pantone colors.



Placing Your Order is Easy.

Below is a checklist we need before our graphics team can begin working on your label.

• your label order paperwork

• your order confirmation, signed and faxed to our label department 1-931-738-3006

• your email address

• your logo (if applicable). Please email to [email protected]. A vector format is preferable.

• Pantone colors or mail us a label or business card or something tangible we can match color to.

Please note that we cannot accurately match to something scanned or emailed. The designcompany who created your logo should be able to supply a vector format as well as Pantone colors.

Easy Artwork Approval Website.

Once our graphics team has completed your label artwork, you will be notified via email that an artwork project is available for you to review. Just follow these easy steps to approve the label artwork. The notification will include a link, art.tsdi.net.

• Click on the link. If this is the first time you have been on this site, you will set up a password.

• Log on to https://art.tsdi.net, put in your username and password.

• Once logged in to your account, you will see Label Art Project. Click on the small label thumbnail.

• This will bring up a Project Details screen. Click on the light blue square around the middle ofthe page to see a high resolution preview of the label artwork.

• After review, close the preview window. If everything is correct, click the green Approve Artworktab that is at the top of the Project Details screen. If revisions need to be made, click the redDeny Artwork tab and type a reason for the denial. Then submit.

After you have approved the artwork, Altium Healthcare will get an email notification. We can now begin production of your label. That’s all you have to do and we will take care of the rest.
