Advance Exploration & Mineralization A potential resource in situ has been estimated by a Mexican Company of more than 1.2M tons of mineralized rock, averaging 1.72 g/t Au and 248 g/t Ag containing 187,000 Oz Au Eq in at least 3 different known structures systems which are open at depth and on strike. Please see Table 1.

Table 1. Current Inferred Resources by a Mexican Company, 2014.

An exploration program has been recommended by the Mexican Company that is funded by production. It is believed there are numerous other locations in the area containing similar potential to this inferred resource area. There are three main systems located in the area (Cuatas-Manguito, La Colorada, and La Coral) which contain variable degree of mineralization from above detection limits to as high as 6.60 g/t Au & over 2000 g/t Ag. The predominant mineralized system is the N-S to N10W, which hosts the mineralization exploited since the 1500´s and intermittently active nowadays. La Xora consists of epithermal Au-Ag bearing quartz veins averaging 2.44 meters wide fairly distributed from East to West. Such structural systems strike N20E, N-S and E-W. Las Cuatas-Manguito is one of the main structures located northward from the historic Buena Vista Mine. The length of mineralized outcrops in this structure (1,113m recently Diamond Drilled) is around 1500 meters. It strikes N-S to slightly NW-NNW and it intersected across by E-W veins that are thought to be of younger age, although of Tertiary age as well. La Colorada system has a direction of N5°-W10° with pitch of 75° to the SW. The system can be identified at the surface with the presence of fracturing with breccia and strong argillic alteration along more than 600 m. The values in the breccia and stockwork zone between the two structures that form the sigmoid loop occurring in this area returned an average of 1.53 g/t of Au with 383 g/t of Ag at a thickness of 3.55 m. The width taken here is relative, since the structure is not fully exposed in all its thickness because in two points inside the mine where the total width is taken, it shows 7.15 m of thickness with a return of 1.96 g/t of Au with 865 g/t of Ag. At the pithead, a sampling line across the width of the structure returned a result of 0.77 g/t of Au with 413 g/t of Ag at more than 10 m thickness.

Geology Four lithologic units are recognized within the property: Rhyolite Flows, Pyroclastic Rhyolite Tuffs, Andesitic & Basaltic Dikes, and Andesitic Tuffs. The main host rock in the area is mostly the rhyolite-welded tuff, which shows up cut by andesite dykes and adjacent shear zones where the mineralization is located. Some andesitic tuff manifestations outcrop in the property overlaid by broad package of rhyolite tuff, which mostly covers the area of study, such as small outcrops returning anomalous gold. At least three different fault/fracture systems are recognized in the area; roughly N-S, roughly E-W and N20E. All of them steeply dipping SW.

Diamond Drilling Phase I The recently completed Phase I Diamond Drilling Program showed very good intersections with significant mineralization justifying the extent of mineralization of this deposit to south (Illustration 7). To date, the exploration has revealed near vertical veins of 2.50 to 6 meters wide that carry an average gold equivalent of 3.50 g/t over 200 meters on strike. Intersection of the different drill holes show equivalent gold in a range of 1 to 9.6 g/t Au Eq, plus an isolated half of meter of 56 g/t gold equivalent (13.36 g/t Au and 3470 g/t Ag). Highlights of drilling results are shown in Table 2. Illustration 7. Drill holes intersections and proven structures including El Mirador and La Colorada mines.

One of the most interested drill hole is the LX-06-18, the southernmost hole that reveals an increased width of the mineralized zone. It discovered additional potential on “Las Cuatas” vein to SW. It hit subparallel veining that is increasing the potential, shows evidence of mineralization from collar to total depth and stopped while still cutting mineralization (Lost hole at 78.75m). Its consistent mineralization average 1.44 g/t Au Eq over 20 meters, including 7.55 meters averaging 3.15 g/t Eq Au (252 g/t Ag Eq). It contains within the 7.55 meters, 4.12 g/t Au and 246 g/t Ag (7.195 g/t Au Eq) over 1.50 meters.

Drill hole LX-01-18 hit mineralization over almost 6 meters showing 2.52 g/t Au Eq, including 1 meter of 3.02 g/t Au and 94.60 g/t Ag (4.20 Au Eq). Also, it contains an interval of half a meter with 13.36 g/t Au and 3,470 g/t Ag (57 Au Eq). Please see illustration 5. Drill hole LX-02-18 continued to hit mineralization, significant values occurred over 3.6 meters returning 3.71 g/t Au Eq, including 1 meter with 7.69 g/t Au and 158 g/t Ag (9.67 g/t Au Eq). Please see illustration 6. Drill hole LX-03-18 shows in its mineralized zone over 6.30 meters an average of 2.77 g/t Au Eq. The highest value in the core comes out from the footwall of this structure within 2.3 meters averaging 5.26 g/t Au Eq, where 1 meter reaches 3.48 g/t gold and 207 g/t silver (6.07 g/t Au Eq, 485.60 g/t Ag Eq). By measuring from the last intersection cut by LX-03-18 to the last interval of LX-06-18, it is appreciated a width of about 50m of intercalated mineralized events within the shear zone. Drill hole LX-07-18 shows remarkable interceptions and very similar to LX-06-18; it hit 14 meters averaging 1.22 g/t Au Eq, including 3 meters averaging 2.42 g/t Au Eq or 193.60 g/t Ag Eq. Below is Table 2 showing the highlights of recently drill results. Besides “Las Cuatas” vein structure, at least three additional structures have been mapped and sampled in the property such as La Coral and La Larissa vein structures; including the continuation to south of Las Cuatas vein called El Manguito.

There is a dynamic cyanidation Mill (200 tons/day) that was in operation until 2013. The mill is located 1.7km straight line from the actual exploration area. Electric power is supplied by CFE to the mill and there are streams in the area with water all year round for the supply of water to mill and the areas of operating the mines.
