Finishing the appTake some time to finish your app. Remember to:• Complete your app title and description• Ensure all buttons and links take you to the

correct screens• Ensure you are happy with all icons,

backgrounds, media and fonts• Add a splash screen


Publishing your App• Share your App and put it onto different devices• Use a mobile device to test your app in a real life situation

Sharing your App• The app is best

tested on a smartphone or tablet device

• To add your app to a mobile device click Share


Sharing your App: Option 1• If you have a QR

scanner app on your phone you can scan the QR code


Using the QR code• Point your

phone at the QR code while the scanner app is open


Using the QR code• Ensure you save the app

to your home screen• This should work for all

platforms including iOS, Android and Windows Phone operating systems


Sharing your App: Option 2• Copy the web

address by clicking on Web App


Copying the Web address• Copy the URL or

web address of the app into the browser of your mobile device


Testing your AppThis is very important. Quality Control (sometimes called Quality Assurance) aims to ensure that all bugs are fixed before any product goes on sale• Navigate your app completely and test every link and

button• Does everything work as planned?• Is the app easy and intuitive to use? • Do you need to make any changes?• Get a friend to test your app. Do they agree with you?
