Our class kuleana for Ho`olaule`a is SWEET SHOPPE
which means all volunteers working the booth must be food
certified.
Parents should complete the on-line Food Safety and Sanitation Training located on the “Forms and Resources” page on the KSBE website. The on-line
training takes about 10 minutes inclusive of a post-test.
Upon completion, you will be food certified. This certification is valid
for seven years.
