LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENTHere I come again. We were just at

the luncheon for the Bay Pines Volunteers and this ole editor said to hurry up.

I believe all had a good time at our yearly dinner which was also a farewell to our favored Wine Cellar. Another good place next year.

Thank you all for a good April meeting, and I promise there will be speakers and microphones at the next meeting on MAY 16th. Conrad Gifford is arranging for his daughter (a lawyer) to appear at the next meeting with some helpful tips.

Lots of things coming in the future, next is Memorial Day at Freedom Lake Park at 11:00 AM May 27th Keep the date open if you can!

Now, I am going to leave you with is message. SMILE! It only happens in a flash, but the memory of it lasts forever.It cannot be begged, borrowed or stolen,but it is of no earthly good to anyone it is given away. April 13, 2013Gerald was a newcomer to

Chapter 14 in February, 2012 and was able to attend several meetings. Joan Arcand spoke to his son in March and later received a letter from the family thanking all for their friendship to their Dad. He was from the New Jersey shore area.

AND DENNIS WILL HAVE A TABLE SET UP FOR KOREAN VETS. IF YOUDRIVE SOUTH ON 58TH STREET DEEP INTO GULFPORT YOU WILL FIND THE TOWN SHORES COMPLEX ON YOUR RIGHT. TURN IN TO THE WATER FOUNTAIN AREA AND LOOK FOR SIGNS TO THE CLUBHOUSE. A FLAG-FOLDING PRESENTATION WILL BE MADE BY YOURS TRULY AND OTHER CHAPTER 14 MEMBERS.
