These types of pumps are designed for medium heads. The axial,

suction branch eliminates the needs of a stuffing box on thesuction side. The discharge socket of this type pump is vertically

arranged. The drive shaft runs at the drive end in two oil bath/greaselubricated ball bearings.

These types of pumps are designed fortotal head bqyond the range

of model CV by an increase in the no. of stages. Pump shaft which is

always running below the critical speed, is guided in this type inantifriction bearings at both ends. The standard pump suction pipeis directed to the left to right the discharge pipe extends radially

upward. The antifriction bearings aregrease lubricated. The stuffing

box on the suction side can be provided with a pr€ssure water seal

for perfect sea I i ng, if r equi ed.

BAREJA non clog pumps type NCuS!fl are horizontal type end suction centrifugal pumps are design to handle heavilycontaminated liquids containing solids, pulp, suspensions mash, sewage elc.The delvery branch is vertical but can also

be arranged in horizontal right or left position. The impeller is of channel or vaneless design to handle solids withoutdifficulty.

A cleaning hole with cover is providing on pump casrng.

The specialty of this type pumps areimpeller has an axial lnlet with a diameter equalto the internalwidth of the suction branch.

BARUA mine pumps are specially designed keeping in view the extraordinary condition of seMce existing in mines. Thesetypes of pumps are of compact design and steadily built so that thqf are uraffected by unskilled handling in frequenttransportation from one place to another, and continuous operation in dust laden, highty humid atmosphere present in themtnes.

Some of the special features of these pumps are :

. Hydraulic balancing of the axial thrust is achieved by rotating and stationary balancing disc device.

. Oil lubricated bush bearings on the both side are provided. The bush beanngs are of bronze or special babbittmetal. Water cooling arrangement is provided.

. The model has balancing disc arrangement for counteracting the axial thrust and both rotating and stationary disc as wellas throttling bushes and sleeves can be replacedwithout disturbing the suction and delivery piping or the alignment ofthe prime mover.

BARUA liquid handling pumps modelWP are standardized Centrifugal Back Pullout Pumps, built to confirm withthe widely accepted D|N24255 standard.

BAREIA Self Priming Domestic Pumps SPL

BARUA self priming pumps SPL is developed for pumping reasonably clean and pure water from tube wells, open welis,reservoirs and tanks. lt is also capable of handling petrol paraffin and non-abrasive liquids with suitable packing. This

model is self priming in action, i.e. afterfirst priming no further priming is necessary. The pump is capable of exhausting air

from the suction pipe. SPL models are available in one ortwo stages.
