For Example:

If you are not exercising regularly and eating healthy, your chances of getting sick are much higher. When you get sick, you get distracted.If you are not regularly maintaining your vehicle, your chances of it breaking down are much greater. When you need to get somewhere and your vehicle is not working, you get distracted.If you are not regularly maintaining your computer, your chances of it not operating optimally are much greater. When you are working on a client project and your computer crashes, you get distracted.
