First We Need to Pick theSlide Layout
Choose a slide that will best fit your introduction
There is more than one way to pick a new slide (Little red box on the toolbar)
On the toolbar there is a picture of a double slide. Click it and the New Slide Layout will appear
If you would prefer you may find the Slide Layout using the following directions: 1.Format 2:Slide Layout
Each additional slide can be put into the presentation by clicking: 1.Insert 2. New Slide

To customize your animation use the following directions:
1. Slide Show 2.Custom Animation Click on the word or
phrase you would like animated so that it is highlighted in the box on the left
Next, Click Add Effect and choose the Effect you would likeSee the preview on the bottom left before clicking ok

Follow these directions and find out:
1. Format 2. Slide Design
3. Search through all the different types of designs found in the box at the right
IMPORTANT: If you would like all the slides to be the same, make sure the little circle in the lower left corner is marked: Apply to All Slides
If you want the design for only that particular slide, click: Apply to the Current Slide
Clip Art There are a two ways to
add clip art to your presentation.
1. Double click the clip art picture. Type in the word you are looking for into the search box. Choose a picture and double click it or click O.K.
2. Search the internet for a picture and click and drag. (Make sure to site your source)
