DISCUSSION: The reconvened Short List Committee was called to order by Steve Carrier, P.E., Assistant County Engineer. It was stated that the committee would be discussing the firms for Professional Engineering Consulting Services for:

Lyons Road: North of LWDD L-30 Canal to Boynton Beach Blvd. 3.0 miles, 4 lane roadway

The meeting was opened up the meeting for Public Comments, public was present but none had questions or comments. The question was posed to the committee as to whether or not EAC and Stantec should have their 3.06 firms labeled as unrequestsed services since they are providing signing and marking even though they were erroneously labeled 3.06 which was not requested. The committee voted to all those firms to receive the points as if they had been labeled correctly as 3.02. It was noted that 3.06 is to solve traffic problems using signing and marking as one of the potential tools.
