FIVE STRATEGIES

Educate/ sensitize the public on the importance of using: Health Facilities when pregnant and the advantages of birth registration.

Capacitate RHMs and engage them on specified contracts and also improve the clients ratio.

Capacitate the Health facilities (ambulances, Human Resource etc.). Restructure the Civil registration Civil Registration Department.Have a Statistical Unit within the Civil Registration Department to

have a complete CRVS system.
