SJS Fiesta Parade Fri., May 8th @ 6 pm – 7 pm ALL are welcome to drive through our SJS courtyard and wave at our

faculty and staff. Families are welcome to decorate their cars and

make posters to show your teacher appreciation. We are so excited to

see you!

Turn in Raffle Tickets and Money on time by Fri., May 22nd • Earn 3 service hours for turning in the mandatory raffle tickets and monies by Fri., May 22nd. Families are

still responsible for selling tickets as the raffle is a part of our operational budget. For safety purposes,

please feel free to make an appointment with Mrs. Aguilera at [email protected] if

you need to visit the office. Thank you for your cooperation and support!

2 Hours – Completed Mandatory Survey May 1st Instead of working the 2 Mandatory Hours for Royal Bash, thank you for completing our SJS survey.

1 Hour – Select Any of the Following to Complete Remaining Hours

(A) Re-enrollment (If you already re-enrolled, then you already earned 5 service hours for next year.)

• Re-enrollment - $150 early registration discount extended to May 28th

o 1 hour per child – re-enroll for the 2020-2021 school year between now and May 28th

o 1 hour – complete the 2020-2021 Hope for the Future application between now and May 28th

(B) Share our spectacular school! • 1 hour per each testimonial share – Write a positive comment and share our “SJS – The Best News Ever”

video on our St. James the Apostle Facebook page with a Facebook group (limit - 5 hours) For link, please

• 1 hour per referral – Refer St. James the Apostle Catholic School by sharing our Admission Inquiry link

(https://www.stjamesschoolsa.org/admissions-inquiry) with a prospective family and copy Ms. Aguilera on

(C) Family Prayer and Picture • 1 hour per prayer with picture – Write a family prayer and send it to Mrs. Uranga at

[email protected] with a photo of your family to post on our SJS Facebook page

Parent Service Hours – Record on FACTS SIS (RenWeb)!

Each family is responsible for 20 hours and must document them on FACTS SIS (RenWeb).

Just follow the below instructions:

1. Login to you FACTS SIS

(RenWeb) account with your

username and password. Our District

Code is: SJM-TX.

2. Click on “Family” on the

main page.

3. On the “Family” page, you will

see a dropdown option with names for

each parent and child in your family.

Click on the name of the individual

who volunteered time.

4. You will see tabs for “Contact Info” & “Service Hours”. Click on “Add” near “Service

Hours”.

5. Select the appropriate category for

description box. If you do not see an

accurate description of your

contribution, you may select “Other

Donation or Service” and add a

description in the “Note” section.

6. Remember to enter the number of

hours you served and SAVE your

entry.
