This will achieve an increased occupancy rate throughout all floors. Achievements and responsibilities: Provided effective and efficient move management for Lloyds Register re-stack programme. Implemented strategy/programme for re-stacking 4 floors in their London office. London programme included procuring new furniture, Building and carpeting works Direct and managed all contractors to ensure compliance with the standard and consistent service delivery. Managed the transition of employees to Southampton office, working within HR processes for their moves Re-stacked Southampton office to fit London staff. Reconfigured desking and Installed temporary additional

desks to max out each floor, 500 staff in total. Managed transfer of 500 Southampton staff to new building Clearance of old building ensuring 0% went to landfill.

Achievements and responsibilities: Move Manager for Everything Everywhere working on Project Orbit, which is to make workplace

improvement’s incorporating new ways of working and substantial financial savings. New ways of working involve staff going from a 1.1 ratio to a more flexible way of working by allocating staff

fixed desks, Team desks and hot desks.Reducing the space in Hatfield from 6 buildings down to three buildings (1, 2 and 3). To achieve this over 3000 people were moved over a period of 8 weeks

Reducing the space in Bristol by vacating St James’ Court A and B and condensing into 3 main buildings. To achieve this over 2000 people were moved over a period of 6 weeks

All moves involved liaising with Departmental move champions to gain the requirement of their departments. Managing all contractors to ensure the programme was completed in a professional and timely manner.

Transport for LondonMove Manager(May 2007 – Jan 2012)

Achievements and responsibilities:

To lead, direct and develop the Moves Team in terms of work allocation, scheduling, cost control, resource requirements and all aspects of day to day management associated with the work flow.
