Product Description
KILLER FILLER is a pre-accelerated, lightweight, BPO cured, polyester rapid repair fillerfor abraded metal, GPR & wood which is exceptionally easy to sand and offers a pin-hole free finish.
KILLER FILLER offers high viscosity, high thixotropy and cures quickly with the applicationBPO paste (benzyl peroxide) to provide a flexible easy sanding substrate for furthercoating. KILLER FILLER has a unique chemical makeup meaning it can be catalysedwith between 1-4% BPO to achieve the working and curing times required. KILLER FILLERis resistant to cracking and breakouts even when used at thicknesses of over 20mm, whilst still achieving full cure even at very low film thickness. KILLER FILLER can even be fully cured at temperatures around 0°C. KILLER FILLER offers excellent adhesion to abraded metal, GRP & wood.

Application
Due to its high viscosity and thixotropy, KILLER FILLER is best applied with a spatula or spreader. Different requirements will require different application techniques,however, the same full cure can be achieved in a varying film between 50 microns to20mm.
Sanding
KILLER FILLER is designed with sanding in mind in order to achieve the final contoursbefore priming. Typically, sanding can take place within 30 minutes of catalysing with little or no clogging of paper.
