The President’s new party and play area is perfect for hosting birthday parties of all ages - and the adults get to enjoy it as well! Our dedicated kids’ activities and play areas keep your little ones entertained, while you enjoy the much-needed celebration time with your friends. All of our packages include a dedicated childminders so that you can relax on the sun-drenched pool deck as your kids romp about on the playground.

We offer a basic party package to the bells and whistles package where we take care of everything for you - theme, party packs, kiddies buffet, cakes, smash cakes and childminders. If none of the below packages are of interest to you, let us know your budget and we will put together a bespoke package just for you. Ask about our overnight accommodation add-ons for your family or group and make a weekend of it!

THE PIZZA PARTY PACKAGEFrom R300 per child includes:• Venue hire (kiddies play area)• Jumping castle, jungle gym, ball pit and teepees• Multi-coloured kid’s plastic tables and chairs• Use of chefs hats, aprons and pizza making equipment• Kiddies menu (build your own cheesy pizza at the Base Pizza Bar and choose your toppings)• Kiddies beverage (200ml juice) or kiddies milkshake• Birthday cake and candles• Dedicated childminder• Wait staff and event manager• Parking (first come first serve basis)



Option 3

THE BAKERS PACKAGEFrom R300 per child includes:• Venue hire (kiddies play area)• Jumping castle, jungle gym, ball pit and teepees• Multi-coloured kid’s plastic tables and chairs• Decorate your own cupcake with toppings• Use of chefs hats, aprons and cupcake decorating equipment• Kiddies menu (the real big burger with lettuce tomato and tomato sauce, served with chips, carrot and cucumber sticks )• Kiddies beverage (200ml juice) or kiddies milkshake / soda float• Dedicated childminder• Wait staff and event manager• Parking (first come first serve basis)

PLAYLAB ACTIVITIES:Playlab host an intimate, creative, stimulating and fun event, which consists of floor based messy play areas filled with squishy, wet, crunchy, sticky, soft, hard, lumpy, fuzzy, rough, bumpy, shiny materials, science experiments & themed trays. The playlab session is 1 hour and all elements are taste safe, non-toxic materials. For children aged up to 11 years.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:• 50% deposit required to secure the venue• Full payment and final numbers required 10 working days prior to arrival• 100% cancellation fee on a reduction of numbers 7-0 days prior to event• Should you want exclusive use of the venue (without a party package), the venue hire will be R5000.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION• All packages are based on a minimum of 20 children or more, should you have more than 20, the below rate applies: Option 1 = R220 per child, Option 2 and 3 = R330 per child, Option 4 = R600 per child.• Should you have less than 20 children in your party, please ask our Events team for a bespoke proposal and costing.• All packages are based on a duration of 3 hours (including 1 hour set-up time) and a maximum of 4 hours.• You are welcome to bring in your own décor and party packs (if a package above is selected).• Themed cakes, smash cakes and cupcakes can be arranged upon request at an additional charge.• Themed menus can be arranged upon request at an additional charge.• Dedicated childminders (2 per party of 20) are included in the package for 2 hours from the start time of the event. Additional childminding services can be provided upon request at an additional charge.• Extra shade for the area can be arranged upon request at an additional charge.• A wet weather option will be provided inside, subject to availability.• The hotel reserves the right to control the volume at which music is played.• The venue will be available for set-up the same day as your event.• Please arrange for any service providers to complete set up 1 hour prior to your event and please confirm delivery and collection times of all service providers.• Halaal or Kosher meals can be arranged prior to the event (with at least 72 hours notice) and a surcharge of R350 per meal will be charged.
