Welcome to our Investment Section.

We encourage Investors to invest in some of our Ongoing-Projects within the Company, and you shall be earning 5% of your investment Capital every month, this

investment Project is 2years Projects, which means that when you invest in our Project, you shall be earning your 5% every month for 2years (24months) and after

2years of completing the Projects, we shall then pay you off your Investment Capital.

Below is a Breakdown analysis of it:

Let assume you invest $100,000. (One hundred thousand dollars)

You shall be earning 5% of $100,000 every month, which is $5,000 every month. So

you shall be earning $5,000 every month for 24months.

Which means the total amount that you will receive after the 24months will accumulate to $120,000 (dollars)

After the 2years, we shall then pay you off 100% of your Capital Contribution that you invested, which means that we will then pay you back your $100,000 that you invested.

In a proper summary of all, you shall be having $100,000 + $120,000 = $220,000 after 2years of your Investment Capital.

The more Capital you invest, the more Income in your Pocket.

We have different on-going PROJECTS and Plans, so we need Investors to formulate part of the Projects in which the Investor will be earning 5% Profit every month.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:

*In consideration for the Investment’s services to the Company in pursuance of this agreement, the Investor

shall be earning 5% percentage of their Investment Capital every month, the estimation is as follows:

5% of Investment Capital

*The Investor 5% shall be calculated in respect of Amount Invested into the Company, and the Total Capital of

……………………………………………………. Invested shall be paid back to Investors in full after 2years of Completing the

Project.

Period of Investment

The period of the investment is 2years, and this period is subject and open to termination by the Investor in any

case, for as this Investment Project is 2years, any Investor who can’t withstand this period of 2years and wish to

terminate his or her application will only have right to do so after 1year of his or her application.

This simply means that Investor who no longer wants to continue his or her investment application can only do

so after 2years by making a written letter to KGlobal Ventures Authority.

Termination of agreement

Without prejudice to any other remedies that the Company may have against with Investors, the Company shall

have the right at any time by giving notice in writing to the Investors to terminate the agreement forthwith in

any of the following events, and 50% of the Investment Capital of the Investor shall be returned:

*If the Investor commits a breach of any of the terms or conditions of this agreement.

*If the Investor is sequestrated, or if the Investor enters into any arrangement with any of the Company Staffs or

takes or suffers any similar action in consequence.

*If the Investor is guilty of any conduct which in the opinion of the Company is prejudicial to the Company’s

Interest.

*If the Investor purports to assign the burden or benefits, or charge the benefits of this agreement without the

consent in writing of the Company.

*If the Investor commits any dishonest or fraudulent acts in relation to the Company and/or its Clients and/or

Investment Agreements submitted and/or in other manner that has a material impact on the investor credibility

or relationship with the Company.

Cancellation of Agreements

*All Investor will only have the right to cancel their Investment Application after 1 year, in which all Investors

will have the Right to write to the Company after 1 Year to disclose their application if they wish to cancel

their application, in which 50% of the investment Capital of the Investor shall be return back to the Investor

after 21days.

NOTE: All 5% profit of all investors shall be transfer into their various accounts through EFT on the last day of

every month.
