for Physically disabled persons (Blind, Partially Blind, Deaf, Orthopaedically Handicapped) PH Backlog Vacancies on `11620-20240 in Education Department in Malappuram District (Category No. 251/2012), interviewed and found suitable by

the Commission and arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 18-12-2012.

The Ranked List is intended to make recruitment to the 3% backlog vacancies during the period 1-1-2004 to 31-12-2007

earmarked for the various categories of PH Groups as per G. O. (P) No. 7/2011/SWD, dated 24-1-2011 and will remain in

force for a maximum period of three years subject to the condition that the Ranked List will cease to exist as and when

The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of theObjective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 17-11-2011 and the verification of original documents of the candidatesincluded in the Probability List published on 10-12-2012 for selection to the post of Statistical Assistant Grade-II/Statistical Investigator GR-II SR for SC/ST (Category No. 38/2010) on ` 5250-8390 (PR) in Economics & StatisticsDepartment in Pathanamthitta District arranged in the order of merit.

The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 26-12-2012. The Ranked List will be in force for a minimumperiod of one year provided that the said list continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List afterthe expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the listwill be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amendedfrom time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the validity period of the list.As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates includedin the list will secure appointment. Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selectionshall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State underthe Head of Account 0051-PSC-800-State PSC-99 Other receipts. The last date for the receipt ofapplications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 16-2-2013. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Descriptive TypeWritten Test held on 1-10-2011 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the ProbabilityList published on 31-10-2012 for selection to the post of Lower Division Clerk (Tamil & Malayalam knowing) on` 4990-7990 (PR) in Various Departments in Palakkad District (Category No. 305/2007) arranged in the order of merit. TheRanked List is brought into force with effect from 4-12-2012. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of anew Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier.Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservationand rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during thependency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee thatall candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The following is the Ranked is the list containing the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of theWritten Test held on 22-10-2011 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the ProbabilityList published on 6-10-2012 for the post of L.D. Clerk (Kannanda and Malayalam knowing) on ` 5250-8390 (PR)(Category No. 138/2008) in the Various Departments in Kasaragod District arranged in the Order of Merit. The rankedlist is brought into force with effect from 1-2-2013.

The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum periodof one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointmentin accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable,against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pending of the list. As the advice for appointment dependson the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment.The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basisof the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will berechecked, if the candidates apply for the same along with a chalan receipt for prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fiftyonly) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99Examination Fee”.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of costfrom the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed inA4 size paper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. Applications submittedin any other manner will not be considered. Applications for rechecking of invalidated answer script will not beentertained.

Valid applications for Rechecking of the Answer Script addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public ServiceCommission District Office, “Tiger Hills”, Municipal Office Road, Pulikkunnu, Kasaragod-671 121 shall reach this officewithin 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force. The last date for receipt of applicationfor rechecking of the Answer Script is 18-3-2013. Applications for rechecking received after the prescribed time limitand not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.

Entries put in Column 4 are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their application form andproved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in thelist as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public ServiceCommission District Office, Kasaragod within 1 (One) month from the date of publication of the List, to get the benefitof reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, thecandidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.
