The view of Kasper Prince of Cats

The Titanic was lying in the docks, waiting for all the people to board it. It was so noisy and there were people everywhere, waving excitedly. Jonny and I led Elizabeth and her family to their room and for some reason everyone seemed really quiet. It came to the moment when Jonny and I had to leave. I knew this moment was coming but I didnt know where exactly. Elizabeth had saved my life and now she will be out of my life. We all said our goodbyes when Jonny said Elizabeth could keep me! Of course I was elated but I ached because I was leaving Jonny, the person who had taken care of me the last few months.

A few days later we heard screams coming from the hallway. We were all curios about what was going on. Elizabeths dad was about to open the door when it suddenly opened, there was a man stood there holding three lifejackets. He told us to put them on immediately and go up to the top deck. As soon as we saw what it was like in the hallway we all gasped and everybody was saying get to the decks quickly! My family were reluctant but people hurried Elizabeth and her parents away before Elizabeth could fetch me. I was so scared without my family. I waited for a few hours but no one came. All of a sudden water came sliding from under the door. I was so scared that I jumped up onto the wardrobe. The door swung open and I was surprised to see Jonny! I was so happy that I jumped into his arms. I was terrified when Jonny took me up to the deck. People were running around screaming, crying and panicking!

I was lowered into the arms of Elizabeth which I was happy about. We set off into the freezing ocean. All I could was snuffles and cries. I was so cozy and safe in Elizabeths arms it felt like I was back in the Countesss arms. The way she stroked my fur, I felt at home. We were in that ocean for what seemed like centuries. When finally we were lifted into a different boat called the Carpathia we met Jonny and Elizabeths father. We were safe. On the boat it was all very sad and awkward because we had each other but other people had nobody, their families had died. I was feeling their pain, as a cat thats rare.

I lived in America with Jonny, Elizabeth and her parents until we all went back to The Savoy as a family, the place where I had met my family. I was an old cat now and I knew I was coming towards the end. Elizabeth and Jonny had grown up. When we went back to The Savoy I went back to my old room there I slept peacefully and never woke up.
