and commissions resulted made happy but did

not make improve performance

Employees are motivated with Supportive

Leadership with climate to grow in his own

capability.


Superior – Subordinate Relationship among Equals

Obedience Team spirit

Discipline Fellow feeling

Morale Non co operative

Delegation of authority Lack of understanding

Lack of communication Groupism


Present system of human relationship is yet to

evolve compared to established traditional

system of Sanathana Dharma

Western system with background of materialism

advocates power, recognition, egotism,

autonomy, jealousy generally results in

unhappiness


Recognize Lord, or Absolute power or

Independent Power or Paramatman or the

Charioteer Krishna which rules the Universe

We are the servants or Jivatman or the

dependent entity or ArjunaS need to serve

Remember that no job is high or low

Atman-Brahman theory supports trust, co-

operation, team work.


As against the Secularism of west it is Spirituality

in India

A.J. Toynbee says” I agree that the sickness of

modern society can be cured only by a spiritual

revolution in the hearts and minds of human

beings. …all other remedies are only superficial,

only effective cure are spiritual”

Eccles says” I think that science has gone too far

human relationship which solves E-E problems

Against equality BG supports hierarchism which

promotes harmony and soc.stability

Hierarchism is not in-equality but diversity


LAWS OF KARMA Shed the weakness and get ready to perform the

action

Competence of work evolves from svabahava or nature and gunas or qualities

4 classes – Preistly, Admin, Business, Labor

Devoted to their own duty man attains perfection

Influence is from OWN nature and not EXTERNAL authority

Every soul is divine but has a hierarchy, not all are equal

So do not expect, irrespective of abilities, work, knowledge, other attributes

Let work alone be your goal and not the fruits of action


Karma is indeed better than akarma in order to

survive

Have a mutual team spirit and thank up and down

line. Otherwise carry the name of thief

What ever a ideal man does the world follows

Lord says ‘even though I’m not amused I still

work’


Hierarchy is related to 3 Gunas- Satwa, Rajas,

and Tamas which

Knowledge, action & ability arises due to 3 gunas

Chaturpurusharthas declares Dharma, Artha,

Kaama and Moksha as the stepping ladders for

success
