Will you start or are you amidst a strategic HR Transformation Program ?

… some suggestions for mentoring by Karin Buys:

As a Business, HR or ICT director you are doing this a first time and are seeking strategic and tactical guidance from someone who has been there several times.

Your team is not familiar with these kind of projects or certain aspects of them.

Your team needs to outgrow their expert role and start taking more managerial tasks while implementing or maintaining and evolving your new HRIS.

You need to also focus on Change Management but do not know where to start.

You want to be sure you are not forgetting all in&outs of data mastership, change management, SLA’s within your company or with providers, in- or outsourcing, the maintenance and the next upgrade after the launch …

As a delivery manager you want a second opinion or quality check but you do not have the time or have little experience in the specific field of HR, BU & technology.

You have a team of junior or less senior consultants and want to develop and motivate them.

Your team needs to outgrow their expert role and start taking more managerial tasks.

You need to also focus on Change Management but do not know where to start.

Your team needs to grow but trainings come at the wrong moment or do not exist for this area.

A mentor provides support by offering information, advice and assistance in a way that empowers the person s/he is mentoring.

A mentor wants the mentee to succeed!
