It was a pleasure meeting you last week and seeing the new ROCC Athletic Club building process. It appears to be a great place for you

and I’m excited about your new opportunity!

After discussing a few options with you concerning a Clothing System for the ROCC Athletic Club personnel, I’ve put together a Product

Proposal Catalog that includes a breakdown of our products, our recommended Clothing System for ROCC, as well as a budget for the

recommended systems. The pricing includes our Standard Unconditional Guarantee and a Fully Customized Clothing Systems designed

exclusively for ROCC. The quote also includes embroidery on product components as well.

Please take a few moments to review the proposal. I’ve already sent the logo off for digitizing and should receive a sample by the end of

the week before placing on the garments. I want to make sure that everything looks great first!

ObjectiveTo evaluate the opportunity within River Oaks Athletic Club (ROCC) for implementation of a complete KAOS Clothing System program for both males

and females from head to toe.

GoalsTo successfully introduce the KAOS Clothing System program for all ROCC personnel in order to improve the professional image by providing upscale

high quality clothing systems used as uniforms for all athletic club employees.

Clothing System ConceptKAOS Clothing Systems are designed as complete head to toe ensembles comprised of several layers of component garments that cover the body

completely. Each component functions independently as a unit but more importantly as a system that allows the body to function efficiently. The

clothing system concept provides unparalleled comfort while maintaining a high quality professional image throughout all corporate personnel. KAOS

Clothing Systems will be designed for both MEN and WOMEN.
