Shipping companies, Port authorities and Surveyors etc. In order to ensure better and smooth discharge operation getting in touch with refinery terminals for

allocation of storage tanks for cargo receipts. Joint gauging of the shore lines/tanks valves, connection/disconnection of loading arms, ship / shore

communication, Pressure/discharge rate monitoring, Ship/Shore documentation. Full command on whole discharge operation. Handling crude oil consignments being carried through ocean vessels as surveyor scope of intervention

is discharge supervision, Quantity, Quality inspection, Ship and shore measurement. To supervise the decantation of road tankers into the storage tanks, Sampling, Analysis, Stock control,

Responsibilities: (Naphtha Handling) Have been involved for about 4 years in Naphtha handling being carried through road tankers from Attock Refinery Ltd Rawalpindi and arrived at the PSO storage terminal at karachi, Responsibilities being were to supervise the decantation of road tankers into the storage tanks, Sampling, Analysis, Stock control, Loss / gain reporting on daily basis, Supervision of export shipment loading operation on board the vessels, Ship / Shore documentation & finally issuance of a comprehensive report covering all above scope of works.

Responsibilities: Have been handling crude oil consignments being carried through ocean vessel as a surveyor scope of intervention is discharge supervision, Quality / Quantity inspection, Ship / Shore measurement etc.

Bosicor Refinery Limited.

Assignment: Crude Shipments/Decanting & Filling Operation of Crude Oil & Refined Product.Have been handling crude oil consignments being carried through ocean vessel as a surveyor on behalf of M/S. Bosicor Refinery Ltd scope of intervention is discharge supervision, Quality / Quantity inspection, Ship / Shore measurement etc.

Pakistan State Oil Company Ltd (PSO).

Responsibilities: Have been supervision 100% bunker supplies at Karachi port & Bin Qasim Port for about last one year right from the 1st step until the last i.e. from the road tankers filling point till the final delivery on board the ocean vessels which includes road tanker filling, Sampling, Quantity calculation, unloading of road tankers into the barges, barge inspection prior / after unloading, Bunker survey on board the vessels before/after discharge.
