Captain Todd Likins, USAAfter more than 20 years onboard a broad variety of vessels, Captain Todd still has a passion for being on
the water. He was raised in San Diego where he learned how to sail, racing with local yacht clubs in the
bay. After the 1987 America’s cup he found himself crewing and racing on different sail yachts with one of
his highlights being a race from Venezuela up the Baltic into St. Petersburg, Russia. He eventually found
himself skippering motor yachts, most of which were busy charter yachts, his favorite! Todd is a true
California boy at heart. In his free time you will find him on a SUP (Stand Up Paddle) board, surfing, sailing,
mountain biking, or off roading. Todd’s optimistic and positive attitude is a sure win for crew and guests
aboard. He is confident that your stay on M/Y Just Enough will be a comfortable and extraordinary time.
Chef Anthony Fossani, USAAnthony comes from the small town of Shark River Hills, located just minutes from the Jersey shore area
where he developed a passion for its fruits. Anthony started his career in the food industry as a kettle
cook in an amusement park and soon progressed to working at small restaurants and country clubs. He
graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and perfected his skills at Oceana, a Michelin Star
seafood restaurant, located in the heart of Manhattan. He enjoys diving for his own lobsters to serve and
he promises to create a balanced fusion of cuisines to tantalize your taste buds. You will be certain to find
guests lingering in the galley asking Chef Anthony for his recipes and chef secrets. Anthony's likable
character and longevity on M/Y Just Enough makes him popular among crew and all who embark on the
