June 26, 2015 To whom it may concern, My name is Peter Tennant and I am the president of Tennant/Wallace Architects AIA PA in Bedford, New Hampshire. I have recently had the privilege of working with Trumbull-Nelson Construction Company, Inc. as construction manager for one of my recent projects, the new Abbott Library in Sunapee, New Hampshire. I have been involved with Trumbull Nelson on two major construction management projects in the past decade. Although the project type and Trumbull-Nelson personnel were different, in both cases the outcome has been the same. On both projects: Throughout the process, Trumbull-Nelson was clearly a positive part of the team and was consistently working to give my client an outstanding project. Attention was consistently paid to the project budget and schedule and both projects came in under budget and on schedule. Attention was consistently paid to detail and to assuring that the highest level of quality was maintained throughout the project. Project supervision was outstanding throughout both projects. Potential issues were discovered and addressed long before they became problems. Panicked job site phone calls requiring immediate attention did not occur. In addition, all issues were addressed in a manner that pleased all members of the construction team including the architect, the owner, and the construction manager. Trumbull-Nelson was able to work with a large and ever-changing building committee on both projects, and see to it that all were comfortable and excited about the final product. It has become apparent to me that Trumbull-Nelson Construction Company, Inc. has instituted a corporate culture of construction excellence and a strong desire to be an invaluable member of a successful building team. In addition to the above, specific items regarding the new Abbott Library and Trumbull-Nelson, Inc. are as follows:

June 26, 2015 To whom it may concern, My name is Peter Tennant and I am the president of Tennant/Wallace Architects AIA PA in Bedford, New Hampshire. I have recently had the privilege of working with Trumbull-Nelson Construction Company, Inc. as construction manager for one of my recent projects, the new Abbott Library in Sunapee, New Hampshire. I have been involved with Trumbull Nelson on two major construction management projects in the past decade. Although the project type and Trumbull-Nelson personnel were different, in both cases the outcome has been the same. On both projects:

• Throughout the process, Trumbull-Nelson was clearly a positive part of the team and was consistently working to give my client an outstanding project.

• Attention was consistently paid to the project budget and schedule and

both projects came in under budget and on schedule.

• Attention was consistently paid to detail and to assuring that the highest level of quality was maintained throughout the project.

• Project supervision was outstanding throughout both projects.

Potential issues were discovered and addressed long before they became problems. Panicked job site phone calls requiring immediate attention did not occur. In addition, all issues were addressed in a manner that pleased all members of the construction team including the architect, the owner, and the construction manager.

• Trumbull-Nelson was able to work with a large and ever-changing

building committee on both projects, and see to it that all were comfortable and excited about the final product.

• Larry Ufford, President of Trumbull-Nelson was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond the call at every opportunity to see to it that this project was a successful one.

• Todd Thompson, Project Manager, exhibited a level headed and

agreeable demeanor throughout the project, and saw to it that ANY issues could be overcome in a manner that benefitted ALL members of the project team. There was never any doubt in my mind that the project was in good hands while Todd was involved.

• Bruce Summersell, Project Superintendent, consistently went beyond

specified requirements to assure the highest level of construction was provided throughout the project. He offered a suggested resolution to any issues that he presented to me and saw to it that there was adequate time to address any concerns.

• There is no doubt in my mind that the suggestions from Trumbull-

Nelson throughout all phases of the project, from conceptual design through building completion served to make the new Abbott Library significantly better than it would have been without them.

• All project subcontractors were of the highest caliber and were

extremely well managed and coordinated.

• Punch list items were minimal and immediately addressed.

• All involved with the project are DELIGHTED at the final outcome. In summary, I obviously enjoyed my work with Trumbull-Nelson Construction Company, Inc., I look forward to my next project with them, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for ANY construction project, large or small. Sincerely, Peter Tennant, President Tennant/Wallace Architects AIA PA
