Baba Nam Kevalam - "Love is all there is" . This is the simple truth I have beenwitnessing wherever I go within and without, In the spiritual family as well as insociety. I have been blinded by that love. I can't make anymore discrimination. I

continue listening to Baba Nam Kevalam universal mantra wherever I have thepossibility, witnessing every time big or small miracles. And Baba, Shrii ShriiAnandamurti knows it and as he told many times "Parama Purusa cannot resist tothe call of His devotees. He has to come in a physical form". And He does it as Icould witness in Villa Hermosa, Mexico one month ago when a new person after fewminutes of collective kiirtan with Baba Nam Kevalam candidly told that "after wefinished singing your Guru was here standing". I asked for confirmation "Was Hedressing in white?" The answer was yes

Prison Yoga Program

I was a Psychologist/Counselor for the CaliforniaDepartment of Corrections for 26 years, beginning in1983. I was able to submit a program for approval to theDirector of Corrections in 1999 to allow me to have aregular yoga/meditation program developed by and forprison inmates. Our program was approved in late 1999under the umbrella of the SAP (substance abuseprogram) on a maximum level prison yard at sierraconservation center, Jamestown California. We calledour program the Inner Awareness Group thereby

avoiding any religious connotation. The supervisors ofthe SAP also approved the program as a therapeutic toolin combating substance abuse.(read more)

Last Saturday I went for the first time to Granbury. After a 2-hour drive, I reached the townof about 6 thousand by a beautiful lake. I located the Rancho Brazos subdivision, the area

hardest-hit by the deadly tornado, classified as an EF-4 of a maximum EF-5 on the FujitaScale.16 tornadoes hit the North Texas area, and this one had winds of 166-200mph. (read more)
