    the words. It should not convey

    nervousness or distract attention. The solution is to develop self

    awareness of what you are doing at all

    times.Ask people to give you feedback and

    listen with openness.

    Be optimistic and positive. Never complain

    Be cheerful and sincere. Always a genuine smile

    Be honest, clear and straight in your statements

    Be careful regarding nationalities, gender and

    ethnicity in your language

    Remember you are in the place of Rasoolullah

    Donts Never speak without preparing

    Never use the Minbar to attack people

    regardless of your justification

    Never speak about controversial issues

    Never say anything without its daleel

    Never speak about issues of fiqh except when

    these are well known and agreed upon

    The Minbar is not a political platform
