a. July Interdivision Picnic: $5.00 – July 22nd, 2011

6:00 Carla will be selling tickets at the event

Donate food; this event is a hang out event between division 8 and 8a

Kiwanis members will be present this gives the key clubs a chance to bond with their sponsoring Kiwanis

b. July 30th IRI picnic- Mr.Aeillos Event, need many volunteers

c. K- Family Picnic Cunningham Park 12:30pm – 6pm July 17th, 2011

d. July 30th, 2011- OPTIONAL) Helping set up for Mr. Aiello’s event. (Lieutenant Governor of the Kiwanis Division: Queens West)

IRI picnic- Mr.Aeillo's Event, need many volunteers Must let Lt.g by the 25th of July

XI. GUEST SPEAKERS:

a. Nick Viviano; Talking about District projects 6:32pm – 6: 37pm

Not for sale is a district project, Kamp Kiwanis, Kiwanis KPTC, Local Causes, KPLD, Not for sale, Make a wish foundation,

Christian Appalachian, aids foundation, architecture for humanity.

b. Jay Wong Lieutenant Governor Division 7, 6: 37PM – 6: 45PM

Spoke about international convention, his experience, his knowledge about key club and the benefits of attending

international convention. At international convention the new international board is elected, the president, vice

president, and 11 trustees. International conventional is a bigger Leadership training conference, which means that it has

the same events, dances, caucus, etc. just on a larger scale with key clubbers from all over the world.

XII. Divisional Raffle – All proceeds will be donated to Not for Sale Charity (One of our 10 district projects) 6:45PM – 6: 55PM
