Co–creator of HyperCase 2.9 (2014), software designed and developed with R. J. Barnes, R. L. Baskerville, K. E. Kendall, and (later) A. Schmidt. It is hypertext–based software that allows students to experience an organization on the Web. HyperCase is an approach that has advantages over conventional cases and role–playing. Because it is interactive and highly graphical, HyperCase is similar to an adventure game. Re–developed an original undergraduate elective course Global Issues in Ecommerce Technology with all new lecture content, assignments and examinations, January 2016.
