Julia’s friend, Joel Garcia from Mexico, is a featured artist at the Eye’s Gallery. His sculptures are made of papier-mache.

Julia and Isaiah Zagar own the Eye’s Gallery on 4th and South Streets. It is the first place Isaiah mosaicked. The Zagar’s opened the gallery in 1968 and Julia still runs the store today.
