    advising that. in consultation with the ~~chitect, contractor.,

    supervisor of schools and the town engineer the plans for the .' ,

    construction of an ele!lontary school on Boland Road were perused

    with the thought in mind of cancelling items in the plans and

    . specifications that wou~d permit this building to be constructed

    for· ~~lOO,OOO'. as originally estimated, but find that thore is '

    not sufficient to reduce the contract price to permit the school

    to be bunt for. this price~ l'he Board requested Town Council to

    hold a vote of the ratepay~rs requesting tho approval of a

    borrowin~ of an additional ~40,boo. for tho purpose of construct-

    ing and. equipping un ELENIENTJ\RY SCHU~ on Boland Road, adjaoent
