Personal Time Management:POMODORO TECHNIQUE

At the end of every day, make a list of the top 5 things you’d like to achieve tomorrow.

Set your watch / egg timer / online timer to 25 minutes (also known as 1 pomodoro)

Focus only on the first item on your list for the entire duration.

Take a 5 minute break.

Reset your timer and continue working on your first task for another pomodoro.

Repeat until completed. Take a 15 minute break after every 4 pomodoros.
