J.P. Morgan Access® Receivables Online User

Administration – What’s Different?

Introduction J.P. Morgan Access® Receivables Online User Administration has a new streamlined process that simplifies user setup and maintenance.

Create User in J.P. Morgan Access®

1. Before you can entitle a new user in Receivables Online, you must first create their profile in Access Administration Center. Login to Access, navigate to the Administration tab and select Create User.

2. Fill out the user’s information and note that any fields with a red asterisk are mandatory. If you will assign an RSA SecurID® software token to the user, ensure the phone number provided can receive text messages.*

3. Create an Access User ID and click VALIDATE to see if it is available. Alternatively, click the SUGGEST button to get a list of available User IDs.

4. Ensure that Custom Setup is selected and click NEXT.

5. Expand More Services and check the Receivables (no token required) function. This ensures the user will see the Receivables Online link when they log in to Access. Click ADD/EDIT PRODUCT.

6. You’ll see a green checkmark next to the function to confirm it was assigned. Click NEXT – CREDENTIALS.

7. Select whether the user will have a Password or Token logon. Select the user’s machine registration preference:

• Single - allows users to log on from only one single computer

• Multiple - allows users to log on from multiple computers

TIP: If you choose to assign a token to the user, you have an option of either a physical RSA SecurID® hard token or an RSA SecurID software token. If your company’s policies allow it, we recommend the RSA SecurID software token. It provides the same level of security while giving the user flexibility.

8. Review and confirm the information you entered is correct. Go back and make any changes if needed. When you are ready, click SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL.

9. To finalize the creation of user, a second Security Administrator (SA) needs to approve the new user request (if applicable). To see open requests, the SA navigates to the Administration tab and selects My Requests.

10. The SA clicks the relevant Request ID to review the new user details.

11. The SA must click APPROVE to give the new user access. The user will be activated and receive an email with their Access ID and password (or token activation details)

Create User and Entitle User in Receivables Online

1. Once your initial User setup is completed in Access Administration Center, you can launch Receivables Online and select Create User from the Receivables Online Administration Menu to add entitlements.

2. Start the Setup workflow to assign Receivables Online Programs and Entitlements.

3. Start the Clone workflow to assign Receivables Online Programs and Entitlements by replicating an existing User’s

entitlements.

4. Choose the User name, and then select Next to begin the setup process. Note: The progress bar at the top of the screen will advance as you move through the Create User workflow.

5. If you are using the Clone workflow, you will also need to select the user you wish to clone.

6. Select the Programs from the Available Programs lists and move them to the Assigned Programs lists for the

User. After assigning the desired Programs select Next.

7. Select the desired Services/Entitlements for the User, and then select Next.

8. Confirm all of your selections on the Review page, and then select Submit.

9. The User profile will be created and a confirmation message will display.

Edit User

1. To edit Programs and Entitlements for a User, select Edit User from the Receivables Online Administration

Menu.

2. Select the User name you wish to edit from the User list, and then select View User Details.

3. The User Profile will display; select Next to continue editing.

4. Update the Programs / Groups and Services / Entitlements as needed for the user. Use the Next button to

continue.

5. Confirm your changes on the Review screen and select Submit.

6. A confirmation message will display, indicating your changes have been successfully saved.

Other User Actions

You can take additional actions by selecting one or more Users from the Users list accessed by selecting View

User from the Receivables Online Administration Menu.

1. To export user information, select one or more Users from the User List, and then select Export, indicating

whether you would like a Summary or Detail level of entitlement information.

2. You can select an individual User and perform additional actions, including: Edit User and Clone User

3. For each action, a confirmation message will display.

4. If you need to deactivate/reactivate a User, unregister machines, retrieve an Activation Code, or reset a Password,

these functions should be performed in the JP Morgan Access Admin Center application.

Entitlement Changes

Most User entitlements will remain the same, with the exception of the changes noted below for Remote Capture and

Reports. These changes will be automatically reflected as part of your upgrade, so no action is required by your

Security Administrators.

If you subscribe to Remote Capture services, User entitlements will be streamlined as noted below:
