reserved exclusively for you. In order to honor each guest’s experience late arrivals will only receive the time

remaining on their appointment. For your spa day, bring a bathing suit to enjoy the pool on the outdoor co-ed

Joya Spa Terrace.

C A N C E L L AT I O N P O L I C YWe kindly request you provide 4 hours’ notice on any service cancellation or change. A 50% charge will be applied

to appointments that are canceled or changed within four hours of the treatment. Failure to arrive for a scheduled

treatment will result in a charge equal to the full amount of the service.
