When determining topic, looked to find a problem that technology could help

Problems: Many students are apprehensive about poetry. They have difficulty connecting to poetry

written by others.Solution:

Creating an online complement to our face-to-face poetry unit to enhance instruction

Overall Goal: Increase students’ understanding of how to find figurative language in poetry and how to analyze poems for meaning and purpose
