Sales managers are the ones who train, direct, and supervise their sales staff. They coordinate the operation of their sales department by establishing territories, goals, and quotas for their sales workers. Reviewing market analyses helps them to determine customer needs, sales volume potential, and pricing schedules that will meet company goals.

Sales managers must be experienced in sales and marketing and need knowledge of statistics and mathematics. To find a job easier it is recommended to have a master's degree in business. Sales managers will need to both a technical degree and a business degree if working with computers in technical fields.

Why These Colleges

I choose these colleges because I would like to stay at home in California also they offer grade academics for there level state, public, and private. I feel I could do well at these colleges and they all offer degrees in business which I am looking forward to.
