Joint Institution Outdoor War Game13 April 2013 (Saturday)
War Game is a kind of strategy game that deals with military operations. Participants will be divided into
groups. During the game, each group will complete tasks in different level of difficulties under the guidance of
professional instructors. Through the valuable war game training, participants will learn how to acquire
experience and develop their potential in handling different situations in life with the concept of team spirit and
positive thinking.
Our Young Engineers in Society (YES) is jointly organising an Outdoor War Game with ASHRAE-YMC,
HKIE-YMC & IET-YMS with details as follows.
Date: 13 April 2013 (Saturday)
Time: 8:45 am - 5:00 pmAssembly Place: Kwong Wah Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon (Exact location and Vehicle No. to be advised)
Venue: Armed Forces Out Bound Training, Yuen Long
Fee: HK$280 for Member, HK$380 for Non-member (including guidance by professional instructors, transport,
lunch, military equipment, and insurance)
For reservation, please complete the reply slip below and mail it with a crossed cheque payable to "Association of
Engineering Professionals in Society Ltd" or "" to AES Secretariat by Thursday, 28
March 2013; you may wish to reply by fax or by email for advanced reservation. Acceptance of places will be

(Important Note: No refund will be made once the booking has been confirmed. AES will release the seats to
other members if any registration with the appropriate payment does not reach the Association by the deadline.)
