EXPERIENCE BROOKWATER MEMBERSHIPWe invite you to experience Brookwater. This membership is great for beginners or intermediate players wanting to improve their game. Offering lessons from Brookwater’s resident PGA Professional, this membership will ensure you enjoy all the benefits of the Brookwater Golf Course.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPThis specialised membership offers individuals aged 11 to 17 years the opportunity to enjoy full membership benefits and privileges.


Golf• Unlimited golfing privileges without payment of green fees (Cart fees and conditions apply) • Preferred Member Tee Times and advance booking privileges• Complimentary Driving Range balls• Complimentary tennis court hire (Fees apply if you require the court lights)• Complimentary administration of Golf Australia Handicap• Accompanied guests to play at the preferential member’s guest green fee rate• Eligible to enter members’ and junior golf competitions (Competition fees apply; junior must hold a Golf Australia handicap to enter member golf competitions)


Golf Carts • Junior Members may not drive golf carts on the course unless: 1. The golf cart is owned by the Residential Junior Member or a member of the Junior Member’s family; and 2. The Junior Member is at least 16 years old; and 3. The Junior Member holds written permission from their parent or guardian to drive the golf cart on the course.

CADET MEMBERSHIPThis specialised membership offers individuals aged 11 years or younger, the opportunity to enjoy membership benefits and privileges including preferred annual fees at one of the most prestigious golf courses in Queensland.


Golf• Golfing privileges without payment of green fee (subject to availability)• Complimentary Driving Range balls Cadet Handicap (9 holes)• Accompanied guests to play at the preferential member’s guest green fee rate


Conditions:• Cadet Members must be accompanied by person/persons over the age of 15 when playing on the golf course• Golf Australia Handicap not included in membership• Ineligible to play in club competitions• Only able to book tee times outside normal competition times • Cadet members are not permitted to drive golf carts on the course
