Over the past 25 years, Mr. LiSanti has developed, managed and marketed commercial, residential andresort properties valued at over one billion dollars. He has become one of the nation’s most active brokersand consultants, serving both domestic and international buyers and sellers. Resort sales include SilveradoCountry Club, Chardonnay Country Club, Franklin Canyon, American Canyon and Wild Horse Valley Ranch.Mr. LiSanti has specialized in large residential developments and major commercial acquisitions.

Mr. LiSanti has been involved in numerous international transactions including his joint venture with theRussian Diplomatic Corp. to complete their first golf resort, The Moscow Country Club, and the resort atTorre Quebrada, Spain. Mr. LiSanti is well known and respected in the real estate business world for hisstrategic planning and being in the forefront of market trends. He has written editorials and articles andlectured throughout the U.S. and Asia. In the early 1970’s he joined Dart Resorts, a golf resortdevelopment company. He quickly became their number one salesman and manager and was promotedto President and General Manager in Northern California where he was directly responsible for 100 salespeople, including all aspects of marketing. Several successful projects include Tahoe Donnor Golf and SkiResort, Alta Sierra Golf Resort and others.

Mr. LiSanti worked for the U.S. Department of Defense and traveled extensively throughout Europe andthe Far East, including several years of residency in Japan and Asia, setting up schools for the military.He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree while teaching in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and a Masters Degreewhile he was a school administrator in the Los Angeles area & worked toward his D.ED Degree while hewas a school principal in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has a Life Credentials In Teaching & SchoolAdministration. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is a member of the National & CaliforniaAssociation of Realtors. Additionally he was a member of Rotary International, Elks Club, Kiwanis andSilverado Country Club, and is now an active member of The Corinthian Yacht Club, Tiburon PeninsulaClub and the Olympic Club.
