Chinese/Japanese Speaking OR Chinese/Korean Speaking Guest Relation Officer 

Primary Requirements: 

-Previous experience not less than 1 Year in the same eld

-Diploma / qualicaon in Hospitality or Tourism Management 

-Excellent command of English and other languages

Key Responsibilies: 

-Ensures aending to all guest requests and providing excellent and consistent service 

-Acvies sales and bookings are handled speedily, eciently and accurately  

-

Ensures a sales atude is adopted at all mes and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunies within theresort, which will assist with the maximizaon of revenue 

-Ensures that concerned services are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback and correcve acons are taken
